Solid Timber Floors
Solid timber floors, sometimes called strip floors, offer the ultimate in luxury for high-end floors. Natural and authentic, they have the ability to withstand years of wear and tear and bring out the character and warmth of your home.
Solid underfoot and highly durable, tongue and groove solid wood planks are stuck directly onto the concrete, timber sub-floor or floor battens/joists, to create a strong and stable surface, which is then finished and sealed. With a selection of finishes, you can create a matt or high gloss surface and choose from our eco water-based, polyurethane or oil finishes.
If maintained properly, your solid timber floor will last a lifetime and can be sanded and resealed numerous times. Even if the timber floor sustains significant surface damage, a localised area of damage may be sanded or repaired, or one or more boards can be replaced.

Engineered Timber Floors
Engineered timber floors are an ideal way to create the look and feel of a real wooden floor at a fraction of price. Engineered wood boards are made up of different types of wood which makes them so cost-effective. The base layer of the wooden plank is made up of an inexpensive wood like plywood, and then the top wear layer is made up of a 3-5mm wooden veneer. By using a 3-5mm layer of premium quality wood, you create the stunning looks of a solid wood floor without the price tag.
Engineered wooden boards are supplied pre-finished ready to install and walk on, so there is no need to stain or varnish we can simply install your floor, and it can be used immediately.
